  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders.

When will my order ship? Most orders are processed, meticulously inspected, and packed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number the moment your package departs our studio.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We proudly ship to all valid residential, business, P.O. Boxes, and military (APO/FPO) addresses within the United States.

SIZING & FABRIC CARE

How do I find my perfect Grand Gown size? Comfort requires the perfect fit. Please check our Detailed Size Guide [Link] available on every product page. Since sleepwear should allow you to move freely, if you are between sizes, we generally recommend "sizing up" for a more relaxed, flowing fit.

How do I wash and care for my luxury garments? To maintain the exquisite texture of our gowns and pajamas:

  • For Satin & Modal: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle in a mesh laundry bag. Tumble dry low or hang dry.

  • For Pure Silk: Hand wash cold with a silk-safe detergent and lay flat to dry in the shade.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely enchanted by your garments. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and packaging intact within 30 days of delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged? We hold our pieces to a majestic standard. In the rare event that an item arrives with a defect, please email us at info@grandgown.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement immediately at zero extra cost to you.
